The Pro Paintball Millennium Event #1 in Malaga, Spain is off to a rough start. Iceland has managed to allow their volcanoes to erupt for the second time in less than a month, and over 17,000 flights have been cancelled throughout northern Europe! The paintball gods might not be favoring those of us who decided to travel just a flight too late, though this no doubt will make for a very interesting event.

Hot off the press just this morning, Pro Paintball player and photographer Drew Templeton of Aftersock (PSP) and Avalanche (USPL) put together a free online magazine esque section to his website for everyone to view his vision and thoughts on paintball today. A little background information on Drew includes playing for team Voltage in the PSP with many of the current players on his current teams. He previously worked for the Pb2Extremes magazine during their last leg of their existance, aside from owning/opperating his current personal website Drewbietron.com
The following is the first of hopefully many issues to come from Drew!
In this premiering issue, Drew introduces to us what The Grind means in his eyes, he gives the readers a more in-depth look into the Aftershock program and their practice styles in preparation for the road to World Cup, and finally the event itself.
Roster changes and tryouts have been the talk of the scene for the last couple months as players attempt to find new homes for the 2010 season. Team VICIOUS, brand new to the PRO ranks in the PSP, has been developed with a core group of players who fought their way up through the ranks to the top of the charts.
Recently seen rostering such players like G-no Benedicto formerly of Infamous, most recent pick up is Drew Templeton. We were able to catch up with Drew to put him in the spotlight for this weeks PRO paintball player of the week.
