Today is Day 1 of the PSP 2011 Chicago Open. The following is stats have been made available by PSP score keeper Cade Coleman to provide a better understandings of todays pro paintball match ups.

Day 1, Friday June 24th
Game 01 – Infamous vs. Vicious
- Keep in Mind – Vicious turned PSP Pro in 2010.
- Infamous and Vicious have met twice, once in 2010 and once in 2011.
- Infamous has edged out Vicious (7-5, 7-6) both times.
Advantage: Infamous
Game 02 – Ironmen vs. CEP
- Keep in Mind – CEP turned PSP Pro in 2011, only playing 4 Pro paintball matches so far. (looking for a 2011 ‘W’)
- Ironmen and CEP met once in Texas, with Ironmen winning (7-6) in a close match.
- Ironmen have one of the best PSP winning records, while CEP and young and hungry to prove themselves.
Advantage: Even
Game 03 – Legion vs. Vicious
- Keep in Mind – Vicious turned PSP Pro in 2010.
- Legion and Vicious have played 3 matches during the 2010 season.
- Vicious received their first Pro ‘W’ during the 2010 Chicago Open. (Going 0-4 at the first event like CEP)
- Legion has beaten Vicious all 3 matches by a minimum of 4 points.

Game 04 – Infamous vs. CEP
- Keep in Mind – CEP turned PSP Pro in 2011, only playing 4 Pro paintball matches so far. (looking for a 2011 ‘W’)
- Infamous and CEP have never played each other.
- Infamous looked strong in Texas and were one game out of the Finals. (Lost to Dynasty in the Semis 2-5)

Game 05 – Legion vs. Ironmen
- Legion and Ironmen have played 12 matches over the last 5 years.
- Legion has beaten Ironmen 8 of the 12 matches by an average of 4 points.
- Ironmen have beaten Legion 4 of the 12 matches by an average of 2 points.
- In 2007 Ironmen beat Legion by one point (7-6) in Game 3 during an epic Best of 3 World Cup Finals.
- Ironmen had not beaten Legion since their 2007 WC Finals till the two teams met in the 2011 Texas Prelims (5-4).

Game 06 – Damage vs. Aftershock

- Aftershock beat Damage once by 1 point (5-4) during the 2009 Chicago Open.
- Aftershock is looking for their first Pro win of the 2011 season, shut out 0-4 at the 2011 Texas Open.
