It was a long drawn out, fly infested weekend many of us have grown to be familiar with through many seasons at SC Village. Paintball photographers Kyle Johnson and Matt Dawson took to the field with their man soda at 7:30am Friday morning and proceeded to finish out the weekend Sunday evening incredibly dehydrated and with leather necks they had not had just days prior.
The top 2 pro paintball teams from the North America are about to embark on a mission to Europe to compete in the Millennium event being held in Malaga, Spain. Over the weekend San Diego Dynasty was crowned the champions of the Surf City Open after narrowly beating Edmonton Impact in the finals. Pro paintball teams Edmonton Impact and San Diego Dynasty have combined forces with the ultimate goal of winning the European paintball series. With both teams playing at the peak of their ability, we can only imagine what a force the combined team will reign on the European circuit.

We’ve just received word that Edmonton Impact has picked up Dave Bains of the Russian Legion. According to the release below, Dave will be playing alongside Edmonton’s finest, including Justin Cornell, Josh Davey, Josh Quimet, Zach Yachimec, Zane Yachimec, Fraser Massie, Johny Thompson and Warren Stojanowski.
