Following on the heels of KEE’s press release announcing the purchase of Smart Parts IP, Steve Davidson and 68caliber recently had the opportunity to sit down and interview John Robinson, CEO of KEE Action Sports and discuss the intellectual property purchase. Steve does an excellent job briefing the community on the history of the Smart Parts bankruptcy and the events that followed suit. John Robison of KEE spells out the game plan, how the IP fits into the larger picture, and how the company plans to balance licensing of the IP without hampering the growth of paintball.
Due to the depth and content concerned, the interview is a bit long (and rightfully so). We highly recommend you check out 68caliber’s interview of KEE’s CEO John Robinson on the Smart Parts IP purchase, especially to those of you interested in the paintball industry and how business works.
