Axe wouldnt be too much of a stretch. Since they already use prophecys, using a marker from same sponsor company isnt unheard of.
Do wonder about Alien tho. Interesting. Specially since back when the “return to PE” rumors were floating around, Jack made mention of the fact that he was “unaware of any gun changes for 2011 and that xsv was with alien”.

but as long as xsv is playing tourney ball and not saying “to hell with it”, they could just throw paintballs or use sling shots. it dont matter, just dont hang it up and give up!!!!

I am the person who took these pics…..the Axe shot great. It was about 35° in the morning and only got to about 45°. I took these using my Droid X with the droidlife photo app so they came out pretty good. It’s actually a picture capture from the 720p hi def video, so it was easy to kind of walk by and sneak a shot. I was playing with a geo 2, & I love my gun….but for how much an axe cost, it was throwing paint with the best guns out there. Extreme paintball is cool cause you get to play against the XSV guys alot and they will sign stuff for you or take a picture with you.

We had a AXE floating around practice this weekend. After being every anti mini i was sceptic of playing with it but I will have to say its a great little gun for the price.

I really don’t think that they will be shooting the AXE. The Axe, although a step up from the invert mini, isn’t even close to the level of performance of That Egos, Geos, And NT’s are at. I am in no way against the AXE, but I cannot image a pro team shooting these. I can see them maybe using them for a practice or two, but not for a full nppl/psp season.

lol. I think if they put the eigen gear into the axe, it would rip faces off.
comfy, compact, fast, doesn’t break paint when tuned… I don’t see why teams wouldn’t use it.
I remembered when teams use timmys even though there were “better” guns out there.
but it would be a huuuge bummer for alien. they make dope gear but they’re highly underappreciated. lol. oxymoron.

They were just testing trying to get the kids to buy them… just like when the ion’s came out its a tourney grade gun for a way cheaper price tag so lower class people can afford to play this sport we love… empire probably offered them something to use the guns…probably got a free axe if they would all go out one day and get seen with it…

The Empire axe is one of the best guns in my mind. It shoots great and i love it!
