SplatMagazine #19, "Girls of Paintball" Issue
January 8, 2010 in Media
Chris Iaquinta is back with Splat Magazines infamous “Girls of Paintball” issue. For those of you who remember, issue #6 featured Keely Watson, Lisa Harvey, Seanette Taylor, and Kat Gong on 16 pages. In 2010, Chris brings issue #19 and has expanded the coverage to a whopping 40 pages. Pretty cool. Also in the news is an interview and photo shoot with the World Famous Entourage. Ha-ha.

Trashy un attractive girls. This magazine needs to die already. There is already no material worth reading, now coupled with the fact that there is no money to pay for real models? Death to SplatXD. Kthxbye.

Anyone who knows Chris Iaquinta knows that he doesn’t give a shit about paintball anyway. The way his last issues have gone. Its a huge wonder why his advertisers are giving him product still. He needs to get real content or GTFO. I hope this magazine dies soon so we can make room for better productions such as X3 of FACEFULL.

SPLATXD is the only magazine that keeps doing new things and introducing new tech to paintball media. Is it easy to stay afloat in this economy and even keep producing issues? No. How many pages have we lost from issues of FAC3FULL and APG? Where is P8NT? PGi? Paintball the Mag? I am a mag junkie, and I loved reading all of them (and still read what’s left). I wish we still had more. That we still have what we do is a testament to each of them for doing what’s necessary to stay alive these days.
Cut ‘em some slack and stop wishing we had less.

Wow !!! A lot of haters. I am thankful that their are still mags to read and watch regarding paintball. Times are rough for the industry and any promotion is GOOD promotion. And you are asking for it to die and go away, now who hates paintball ? Because you are only hurting the sport if their is fewer publications.
The other mags are cool but you can’t beat Splat on their video content. Your on the web you want to see video not read for 5 hours.
So hang on Splat we need you. And more T and A
