Procaps asks teams to pre pay for MAO Paint
April 26, 2009 in Industry News, Misc., PSP
We’ve received a few emails regarding stores and fields notifying teams that local Procaps representatives are asking teams to prepay in order to secure MAO paint. As players, we are well aware of the difference between formulas and the impact weather has on paint. Procaps typically sells out of one formula or another throughout the course of the event as word spreads that silver or gold is shooting best during the event. From the sounds of things, ProCaps is trying to plan ahead in order to gurantee a steady supply of the goodness.

This is exactly why our team switched to KEE, Draxxus screwed us one too many times with bad paint. The real reason why is, they bring gold which is 75% of the time is way too brittle for any gun. So everyone sucks up the silver, then the teams that play later on the event, besides Pro, are forced to use bad paint.

I have always shot KEE(Evil) paint. I have had friends at events on teams sponsored by other vendors ask me to hook them up with paint because their sponsor showed up with crap.
