The PSP has released the official rate of fire rules for the 2009 paintball season. The league has revised the speed that paintball guns can shoot in order to limit paint consumption and open the doors to new paintball players.

just saying this is bull shit all the ROF should be capped at 13 from Division 4 and down and from Division 3 and up it should be 15 bps or just keep all the divisions capped at 13. lowering the rate of fire is dumb it puts a bigger gap in your stream when laning. also it should be a constant rate of fire through out all divisions adding 2 bps just in 2 divisions is unfair for the divisions that joined to shoot more paint and not to mention shooting more paint is better odds. sorry to say this but these new rules suck the rate of fire should stay at 13 im not just saying this as onbe kid trting to run of there mouth im saying this as a kid on a team where all the teams think its bull and not to mention a coach who has played paint ball for ever.
